Terms of Service for Akpolo Law Website

1. Acceptance of Terms By accessing and using the Akpolo Law website (the "Site"), located at www.akpololaw.com, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Site. Akpolo Law ("we," "us," or "our") reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time; any changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the Site. Your continued use of the Site after any such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.  

2. Use of the Site The Site provides general information about Akpolo Law and its services and allows users to submit their name and email address for the purpose of scheduling an appointment. You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of, restrict, or inhibit anyone else's use and enjoyment of the Site. Prohibited behavior includes engaging in illegal activities or violating any intellectual property rights.  

3. No Attorney-Client Relationship Use of this Site, including submitting information through the contact form for scheduling purposes, does not create an attorney-client relationship between you and Akpolo Law or Kome Akpolo. An attorney-client relationship is formed only upon the execution of a formal written engagement agreement signed by both you and Akpolo Law. Do not send confidential information through the website contact form.

4. Intellectual Property All content on this Site, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Akpolo Law or its content suppliers and is protected by United States and international copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or otherwise use any Site content without our prior written permission.

Akpolo Law does not control and is not responsible for the data handling or security practices of Squarespace, its assignees, successors, or other third parties who may gain access to information through the hosting platform. Akpolo Law cannot warrant the security of information transmitted via the internet or stored by third-party providers and disclaims liability for any data breaches or unauthorized access occurring via the hosting platform or related third parties.

Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by law, Akpolo Law and Kome Akpolo shall not be liable for any damages of any kind arising from the use of this Site or from any information, content, or materials included on or otherwise made available to you through this Site, including, but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, and consequential damages.

8. Governing Law These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be resolved exclusively by the state or federal courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona.
